CITRAN, as a fruit and vegetable company, makes available to users a tool so that they know their adherence to the Mediterranean diet.
e12HR allows users to collect their daily consumption of typical foods of the Mediterranean diet in order to subsequently determine their adherence rate to the Mediterranean diet. To make it easier, e12HR asks the user 23 questions a day to collect this data.
In this way, the user can check their adherence rate to the Mediterranean diet, and see how it evolves over time.
